Window Film in Benahavís
Benahavís villas are built into the hillside with tall panoramic glazing to take the view. That glazing is often fixed and too high to work on safely from inside, which is why two of our Benahavís projects were exterior applications.
The trade-off of a hillside plot is that the view comes with sightlines from the plots above and beside you. Reflective grades solve the privacy and the heat in a single application, which is usually what these properties need.

Solar control & heat
Solar control window film is a thin, optically clear layer applied to your existing glass that reflects and absorbs solar heat before it enters the room. Our Silver grades reject up to 80% of solar heat and 99% of UV, which lowers indoor temperature and air-conditioning load without replacing a single window.
Privacy & one-way mirror
Privacy window film turns the outside face of your glass into a mirror during daylight hours, so people outside see a reflection while you keep a clear view out and full natural light. It works by reflecting more light than passes through, which means it gives daytime privacy, not privacy after dark, when the lighting is reversed.
Exterior application
Exterior window film is applied to the outside face of the glass. It is used where the inside cannot be reached or worked on, fixed panes, atria, tall façades, occupied commercial premises, and on certain sealed units where an interior film would raise the risk of thermal stress in the glass.
